We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received an incorrect item. If it is an issue on our end where we sent out the wrong product, wrong size, bad graphic just contact our Support Team and send the following information:
- your name and email
- your order ID
- a picture of wrong/ damaged item
- please provide the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc.
We can offer a refund or replacement once the issue is deemed our fault.
Note: we do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
