Shipping times vary; we aim to process and ship your order within 3-4 business days, and delivery can be 4-7 business days shipped within the USA, and normally between 15-20 business days if shipped internationally.

You can change the size/color of your order, if it has not been batched into production.

The time before the product enters the production process varies, it may take 4-24 hours depending on the product type. So be quick to contact us with the changes you want to make.

There may be an issue or a problem with shipping, which is unfortunately out of our control and comes down to the individual shipping service used, and any possible security/customs hold-up’s. 

If a package does not show any movement and has passed the allotted time for delivery, please contact us.

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received an incorrect item. If it is an issue on our end where we sent out the wrong product, wrong size, bad graphic just contact our Support Team and send the following information:

• your name and email
• your order ID
• a picture of wrong/ damaged item
• please provide the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc.

We can offer a refund or replacement once the issue is deemed our fault.

Note: we do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

There’s not a whole lot we can do when the tracking info shows the order as being delivered.

If you are from the USA and experience a lost or delayed shipment, we suggest you contact your local post office or get in touch with the actual person who delivered it and see if they recall where they left it. It’s best to do that soon after it’s marked as delivered.

If you are not from the USA you should reach out to your local post office to inquire about which carrier UPS/USPS connects to in your country and contact them.

After we have shipped your order, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our Track Your Order page. 

Please note: It may take 3-4 days for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping company. 
 If you still can’t track your order after this time, please contact our Customer Support Team.

In the event you have not received a tracking number via email, it may be down to several reasons, such as an unexpected delay with your order or a temporary supply problem.

Unfortunately we do not accept payments by check.  

If you have issues paying with your credit/debit card. It might be due to one of the following reasons:

• You may have entered incorrect card information
• You may have used an incorrect billing address
• Your Bank may have blocked your transaction for a security reason
• You may have a daily transaction limit in place
• You may have insufficient funds in the account you are trying to use

If you would like a refund, please, first check out our Return Policy to see if your request corresponds to our policy. If yes, contact us and request the item you would like a refund on and the reason; we will assist you further.

No. This is not the correct action to take.

Opening a Paypal Dispute or Card Chargeback’s is the last option, and is intended for when you have not been able to get a satisfactory response from us.  As per our Terms of Service, if you require a refund, you will need to contact us first to request this. 

Should you open a Paypal Dispute / Chargeback, we will be asked by the dispute service to provide evidence of the transaction, and any tracking numbers, which could result in you losing the dispute, and possibly not receiving your order.

If you have opened a Paypal dispute, you can close this from within your Paypal Dispute Centre. 
If you have opened a Card Chargeback, you will need to contact your Bank and advise them to close this.

You will receive your refund as soon as the Customer Support Team has approved your refund request. We will email you once you are refunded.
