We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.
If we sent out the wrong product, wrong size, bad graphic just contact our Support Team and send the following information:
- your name and email
- your order ID
- a picture of the wrong/ damaged item
- provide the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc.
We can offer a refund or replacement once the issue is deemed our fault.
Note: we do not accept returns and offer refunds due to user error such as an incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
If we approved that it was our fault, please, ensure that the item you intend to return is unused and is in its initial condition. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, please do not send it to the address provided on our website. E-mail us at email@example.com and we will provide you the return address.
Our policy lasts 30 days. We believe it's fair. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of the receipt of the product.
Please, be sure to contact us within 30 days, otherwise we can’t offer you any replacement or refund.
Note: you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your item back, we'll notify you by email. Our specialists will inspect and decide whether to approve or reject your refund. You'll be notified about it as well.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
